Day 21 – Big Picture

I had a funeral this past weekend for a close family member. She had downs syndrome but touched everyone’s lives who she came in contact with. It was amazing to see the number of people who came that weren’t family and there’s a chance that she didn’t even know she had that effect on people.

We are all a tiny part in how this world runs but without us things could be completely different. Each individual. Has a part. When we start to act alone is when we see the world fall apart. Rather, we need to see each other as a part of the whole. We need to care about each other in the way that we care about family members, close friends, colleagues, etc. In some way, shape, or form; we have an impact on each other even if we don’t realize it.
